However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

General Policy

  1. Eligibility Window: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our return window lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  2. Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  3. Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Process

  1. Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@computertechnicians.com.au. Provide your name, order number, and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. Refund: If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@computertechnicians.com.au.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
